UAE Used-Market Intelligence
Settle claims against what the car is actually worth today, not a static guidebook.
GoProv tracks used-car listings across the UAE's major marketplaces every day. For claims, underwriting, and leasing teams, that means a market-backed valuation for any make, model, and year, refreshed daily instead of updated on someone else's schedule.

The Problem
A guidebook value is a claim waiting to be disputed.
Total-loss settlements, GAP payouts, and residual-risk underwriting all depend on one number: what a car is worth right now. Static valuation tools update on a fixed schedule and rarely show their work, which means every settlement is a negotiation, and every negotiation is a cost.
GoProv builds that number from the same listings your claimant would see if they searched themselves, with a transparent comparable set behind every figure, refreshed daily rather than quarterly.
Insight 01
Residual value by brand, 2-year-old cars
Average resale price as a percentage of original MSRP for 2024-model-year cars (2 years old), blended across every model per brand with enough live UAE listings to be meaningful. Directly relevant to GAP insurance exposure and lease-end residual risk.
Blended across all tracked models per brand; not adjusted for trim mix, so a brand whose used pool skews toward higher-spec trims (Land Rover, Ford) reads higher here. Per-model, per-derivative residual curves are available for underwriting use.
Live data
The spread inside a single model-year cohort
Even within the same brand, model, and model year, real UAE asking prices vary by spec, mileage, and condition. That spread is exactly what a single guidebook number hides, and exactly what a claims dispute argues over.
| Car | Low (25th pct) | Median | High (75th pct) |
| Toyota Land Cruiser (2023) n=50 | AED 238,000 | AED 259,000 | AED 295,000 |
| Nissan Patrol (2023) n=96 | AED 154,000 | AED 175,000 | AED 195,000 |
| Mercedes-Benz E-Class (2023) n=28 | AED 159,000 | AED 179,000 | AED 220,000 |
| BMW X5 (2023) n=26 | AED 199,500 | AED 205,800 | AED 220,000 |
Real GoProv data as of 19 Oct 2026: asking prices of all active 2023 listings per model (n = number of cars), before any trim or mileage matching. A live valuation narrows this to like-for-like comparables and shows the comp count, so an adjuster can see exactly how confident the number is.
Insight 03
New-to-UAE brands carry real underwriting risk
Haval H6, tracked resale value as a percentage of MSRP by model year.
105.9%2025 model (1yr old)
69.4%2024 model (2yr old)
59.1%2023 model (3yr old)
A car worth more used than new after one year, then down nearly 40 points the year after, is a residual curve no static guidebook can price correctly on day one. For brands newer to the UAE (we're actively expanding MSRP coverage to MG, Haval, JAC, GAC, BYD, and others), that volatility is exactly the kind of exposure GAP and total-loss underwriting needs to see coming, not discover at claim time.
